Composiiton

100% organic wholegrain oatmeal, whey protein concentrate (soy lecithin emulsifier), milk protein isolate, medium chain triglycerides (MCT powder), natural flavors, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose), natural sweetener (stevia).

How to prepare it?

Option 1: Remove the lid, add 150 ml of boiling water and mix well. Then just let it cool for 1-2 minutes.

Option 2: Remove the lid, add 100 ml of cold water or milk, and mix well. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix again.
